Awards and Accreditations

It is a credit to our hard working staff and children that we have been awarded a number of important accreditations.  We take pride in everything we do and so it is lovely to be recognised in this way.

We are one of only a handful of schools in Greater Manchester to have been awarded the AcSEED accreditation which recognises our commitment to emotional wellbeing and mental health.  We have achieved the Gold School Games Mark for our commitment, engagement and delivery of competitive school sport and we are a Music Mark School Member in recognition of our commitment to providing high quality music education for all children. 

We have also achieved the RE Quality Mark (Silver) and the Primary Quality Science Mark to show our commitment to ensuring the best possible outcomes for our children in RE and Science.

We are proud to have Bronze Eco Schools Award which recognizes our achievement to working towards a sustainable lifestyle.  We have achieved the Healthy Schools Award for our promotion of physical, social, emotional and mental health which helps equip children, staff and families with the skills and attitudes to make informed decisions about their health.  Currently we are working towards being a plastic free school whereby we recycle all plastics used.
